The Strengths of many can lead up to becoming the leader. well only one person per group can be a leader for some reason I think that not only is this true but almost a fact. almost everyday there is an example of leadership around the world or nationally. there isn't one day were leadership is not presented in the national world. someone has to take charge, for example the president of the united states. Some leaders can almost compare to each other and have very alike similarities, but others do not and differ in many different ways. that's is what I will be talking about in the next paragraph. comparing and contrasting different leaders ficional and non fictional. The Fictional character I will be choosing will be Clay from the book " 13 sons why" I strongly recommend this book it is very good book, period. But my non fictional character is going to be someone completely different some might not even refer him to be a leader, this man is King George the 3rd Which is a very different leader than Clay. Clays mood set is calm and quiet yet King George's is very uptight and crude. Many people don't understand that yet leaders can be good at times sometimes they can take things way to far, well... I take that back. I mean the world has already gone threw Stalin and the age of Nazis which was a tough time for the world! They were both very horrible people.. you could say that King George is a very horrible leader, I wouldn't disagree with you on that one but I Will tell you that if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have liberated this country and the very souls of this republic in my opinion. Well then again It depends because I cant tell what would happen because I don't have time machine. Clay is a very different type of person yet he does effect the world around him. Which is mainly there own fault. Why? lets take a look at why clay changed the world around him. He influenced a girl to kill herself, Not verbally but mentally like almost many other did to he wasn't the only one just one of the thirteen reasons. This is only one of the reasons King George the third relates to Clay but there are others.
some Strengths and weaknesses of each leader will be presented in this paragraph. I will start of with Clay, He has very good speech skill and is good at talking to most people around him weather he knows the person or not, also his navigation skills and memory are outstanding. in the book he can locate most places by just remembering them, also he remembers other important things that I wouldn't want to spoil but he does remember important details from past memory's. Now lets move onto the weaknesses that clay has. He can be very intimidated at times and could likely take things a little to far which can lead to Not so fortunate events happen in his life, ( he explains this in chapter 3). Also his feelings for a lost comrades still remain which is a let down and will make him have hardships through out the book, ( He Still has feelings for the lost one) but threw out the book he learns to over come his challenges that face him. and that is a pretty good example of leadership at least to me. Now lets move onto some good strengths for the non fictional character chose King George the third. His army was top notch, most of his people respected him, Lead in the Northern parts of the colonies pretty well in till rebellion started to take over and the Colonist finally realized that all the laws and taxation's were wrong and they should stand up for whats right. Now some weaknesses that represented King George. He was very socially in dept according to his first wife. He grief ed of the death of almost every family member and cried many days; so he had a weak emotional ability. And finally in the end he lost, his land in the new world was gone also his troops had moved out and the taxation's had stopped. Mostly every leader fails sometimes but in the end they come out on top most of the time.
Now in my opinion there are leaders that have more effective objectives than others. Like look at marthur Luther king compared to A fictional character in a book. That's Not quiet a good assumption but lets compare the two characters that I chose which Have at least some leadership skills that have different objectives. King George the third Had an objective to control the new world which is common day north America which he ended up not doing because of the amazing will power the patriots had and attacked his army over and over again then they finally left towards there home ( at least some, a 1/4 stayed to cause mischief in the colonies). aside from that he did form what this country is passed upon without even knowing it, he formed are freedom, courage, and over all Greatness that is The U.S.A, which is kinda funny because he changed world history without evening knowing it. but lets talk about another characters objective that also really stands out, Clay Benson also did something notable. In the book thirteen reasons why he was finding out why the last protagonist "Hannah bake" killed herself, He was also one of the reasons she was scarred and decided to end it all but in the book hes trying to find out the main reason why hes A suspect. If you were to ask me judging a fictional character and a Real world character doesn't make sense because obviously king George the third would stand out on top for changing history, well rather any historical figure would stand out on top.
If you were to ask me who would I follow and why that would be a very difficult question mainly because i don't actually know which one to follow. If it were Me I wouldn't follow King George because I would most likely be in America at the time because I would have been born a peasant child. On the other hand if i were to follow king George the third than I would probably be in listed into the army of great Britain. or at least become a Indentured servant or something like that there would be no guarantee that I would turn out as a slave in my second life. Skipping over King George the third for aittle bit lets talk about the other character I choose Clay. Clay seems like A good person to follow but I wouldn't want to be an suspect in the killing of a teenage girl, The again clay wasn't really a suspect he was just a reason she killed her self one of the thirteen so it wasn't only his fault that Hannah killed herself. But if I was in this suggestion I wouldn't even bother trying to find the way I effected that person emotionally because Frankly I wouldn't care, it was her dessicon and overall it was a stupid one. so in the end the person I would most likely follow would be king George for my well being and health If I was born in that time period I know many people look down on that in the olden days but he had wealth which the colonies didn't
There are many leaders, Fictional or historical they are leaders. Most show positive examples of leadership And some show negative aspects of leadership. Overall from these questions I can now see what leadership is all about, i did research and most of the time came out with nothing of and awnser but now I think I can finally say what my mind is on leadership. Leadership is Growth it is development in what the common day human takes place and has and up volt of strenght and courage, Some are born leaders and some have to face challenges to become leaders. But in the end leadership is the staple of life. Life is unguided but with leadership you could say that it is complete, or balanced in a way that makes life an adventure.

7)How dos your leadership style contribute to your importance of positive leadership?
[as told from Clays prospective] I cant even tell my leadership style and even if I could contributing to be a positive leader or have a positive feel to be a leader sounds almost vague. Think about it, most leaders think of themselves as the greatest thing ever like there some sort of god or super natural begin. But I know most people who are famous leaders act like this there is no way you can convince me other whys that there is one leader who could not be obnoxious. Well at least in my opinion, most of the time I feel that begin a leader takes time and effort. Which it does but I'm not one to clarify if all the calamity in the world just will magically float away which it wont, But at least if there was a positive leader he would keep this world in order for at least some years in till someone who oopses his opinions would probally assassinate him. Many good leaders die like that and its a shame, Its just going to continue on just like the peoples champions. my leadership style would be very laid back and calm. but many people Don't like laid back leaders they like Strong leaders who take action right away. They don't understand to preform such Outrageous stunts or acts it takes time which I guess many people don't have time. We all don't have time.

6)"As a leader it is better to be feared, than loved"
[As told from clays prospective] Hm this quote is very... debatable, Lets take for example a common leader for example... George Washington. He was loved by many but also feared from the British. If all leaders were loved and not feared than that would probably be a bad thing because one can simply not control if lead by happiness or at least in my opinion. why? well lets take a look at Stalin, he wasn't a good leader but he was a leader actually scratch good and but in Terrible for the crimes he commit to humanity. After the event of that the world saw that not only can a leader effect the world but a leader can be feared by the world. Stalin's effect on Russia made them change, I cant say how there community works but now there people are loyal to the rest of the world and smart to. There scientists are coming sup with new ideas almost every day not to mention there teaching bears to ride horses. ha ha sorry back to the real question at hand. To be loved by many can actually cause people to be influenced by said leader. its kind of a 50/50 that's my opinion on most leaders because most leaders Ive seen now these days are mentally disabled or very very immature I guess that's what the world is turning to mentally disabled immature people, but that's just from my perspective. other people have other opinions so why don't you ask them instead of me? why me out of oh I already asked this question... never mind. almost all of these people all around the world are buying into propaganda, The world equals propaganda.

5)What type of influnce did this character have on the history of the world?
( As told from Clays perspective not the writers) Change the history of the world? now that would be very hard to get done maybe you should speak to a historical fiqure not a fictional character from a dramatic reading novel. I didnt change the world around me but I did change some elses world...not for the better but for the end. Not just me, but others influnced her to do what she did and for that I feel After that.. I cant forgive myself for what happend even if I try to forget it seems. The world around me was changed so I quess you could say I changed my own world myself. even though it might not seem that way. The history of the world is a hard thing to effect, then agian each day we as a species changes it for the worst or better, like pollution we do alot of it and as a result the polar ice capes are mealting. Many predict that in the year 2027 almost all of the glaciers are gonna melt and the sea level will increase greatly. oh, sorry Im getting off topic. if I influenced the world for you then great, I just dont think I did and if someone thought so good for them. It isnt hard for a group of many to accomplish something but for just one it is.

4)What motivated this character into the role of a leader?
(From Clays perspective agian if he was asked the question) What influenced me to be a leader? well in the first place I don't think im a leader, if your assuming the event with hannahs death then well you might be right but I did the searching and listining for my own cause I wanted to know why I was on the tapes and I found out.. to be honest it was my fault and atleast it wasnt as harsh as I though it would. Then agian othen the movie job and the party I really didnt talk to hannah all that much, If only I understood what she was going threw at that time maybe then I could of prevented it but by the time I relised why she asked for the walk man from him.. if only I could of done something, but as they say, times must pass and faith must get stronger. people keep telling me not to blame myself, but I was one of them, one of the 13 reasons she ended it all. then agian the signs for suicide is very hard to point out, even though I could See her begin builled but I had no idea that she was going to take that step... the giant leap to end it all was very surprising and it got me all mixed up I didnt know how to feel and neither did the school. if you asked me this then supposvivly you think im a leader, if you do thats fine by me pale but other than that I have nothing to talk about how I was motvated just the fact that this event pushed me t ofind out how I was invloved with this but I also confronted others who were in the same boat as me.

3) negative & positive feelings of a leader
( from Clays perspective if asked this question.)To be honest it depends on my mood set, mostly the conflict I had over the time of Hannah's suicide was very stressful and overwhelming. at first it was a major shock to be doing all of this. but if some random guy were to ask me this out of the blue I couldn't answer him because frankly I don't think I'm actually a leader. I wouldn't want to be a negative leader even if I was a leader I would probably take upon my self to make myself a positive leader giving out help to others in need. But mainly other than that I'm not a leader, thinking back when I was still a freshman in high school it seems I wasn't as heart worthy as everyone else, mainly I was a follower and many other were leaders. But with the event of Hannah's death, I guess things started to change. I'm not sure if they were for the better or for worse but somehow people started to take pity on me, maybe because they knew I had feelings for her. It was to the point were many people would reference her in any conversation at any given time. although after that incident I started to distance myself from other people. not my family but close friends I used to have a relationship with, not a "intimate" relisonship just a average joe friendly kind of like that. Do I feel positive? no, do I feel negitive? no; my main feeling right now is nutruel which is actually my main feeling I very rarely feel happy or mad which is fairly strange people tell me. After the event I was very fairly mad and sad I had mix emotions but after it was done and all tapes were finished I had a chance to start anew to some what move on from the past and into the future...

2) objectives and benefits
Objectives can be hard to achieve even if you are a strong person, it doesn't matter how tough you are but most of the time objectives are simply goals that the leader must accomplish. The leader I will be talking about over the next course of today's question will be a character from the book 13 reasons why, He is a boy named Clay who discovers why his friend Hannah baker killed herself. In This novel mainly the book starts off with clay discussing why Hannah his friend borrowed his set of audio tapes A day later he hears the news from the school that she hasn't been showing up to school lately, clay soon suspects this and knows somethings up when he goes over her house and her mom isn't around neither her father also one of the kids tells clay that an ambulance was outside her house and by this time he realizes it.. Clays main objective or goal in the story is to find Hannah's last 13 tapes that she recorded right before herd death telling most of the people why she killed herself. But that's not only clays objective I would say he has to face his challenges not only physically but mentally which is very hard for clay as it describes in the book. Something also interesting to clarify is the benefits of Clay, His benefits would have to be his way of communicating with others its very interesting to see the way the author describes clays prospective of speech, even if is just him talking with his mother or friends its something that really brings out the story and his ability to take control of his actions really interesting for this story. When Clays objective to find all the tapes was reached he finally realized he had to move on from Hannah and that she was gone, he had to give up his emotions towards her and soon moved on, he owned up to his mental state of mind and and for that, he was a leader. a leader of speech and the mind not the people. If I was clay he would probably not explain his benefits as a character, His way of expressing his skills in leadership would probably be neutral like for example " She was never that way, creating these taps and finding them was just the beginning of who my understanding of Hannah baker really was." I thought I wasn't a leader but most other people though otherwise to the point were they would ask me to make there projects or take one for the team. I really thought I hadn't had any benefits to be honest my people skills arn't as expert as most say they are, its just a misconception. Thats what I imagine clay would say confronting his true thoughts about leadership
