1) What is your definition of leadership?

To be a leader you must become someone other than your natural self. Leaders come in all shapes and sizes but to be a leader you must take control of a problem and try to guide yourself out of it. many story's focus on this concept of leadership but to define the word it self for me is a puzzle. dictionary's tell use what the word stands for but not the true meaning of a word, every word has many story's behind it and is used almost every were around the world. Even if the word "leadership" isn't spelled the same way in a different country it still means the same thing. But leadership isn't just to take lead its to make actions that effect people around him, also to stand up and be heard even if the leader is a protagonist or even a leader who's a antagonist it doesn't matter but most people have Little leadership in them at times of hardship.
Before leaders come followers even followers know that even though the leader is strong he sticks to him and protects him. sometimes a leader isnt even leading a crew or people around him, no but sometimes hes trying to fight a problem mentally; head on even to the point were he would take dramatic risks. For example the character im going to talk about uncovers a deep challenge he must face, forgetting the past is hard, even sometimes its Straight up unforgetable.
